ReportCraft

ReportCraft is an internal reporting tool operated by Crafted Earth, Inc. (San Rafael, CA). It connects to the company’s own QuickBooks Online accounting file and produces financial and vendor reports for use by the company’s principal.

ReportCraft is not a commercial product. It is not distributed, sold, or made available to the general public. It is used by a single authorized individual: Eric Spletzer, P.E., principal of Crafted Earth, Inc.

What it does

  • Reads vendor, bill, payment, and general ledger data from Crafted Earth’s QuickBooks Online company file via the Intuit QuickBooks Online API.
  • Generates itemized reports (vendor payment histories, bill summaries, project cost rollups) on demand.
  • Runs locally on the principal’s workstation and does not transmit QuickBooks data to any third-party server.
