ReportCraft End User License Agreement

Effective date: April 15, 2026

This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the use of ReportCraft (“the Software”), a private reporting tool developed and operated by Crafted Earth, Inc. (“Crafted Earth”, “we”, “us”).

1. Scope

The Software is a single-user internal tool. It is not sold, licensed, leased, or otherwise distributed to third parties. Only authorized personnel of Crafted Earth, Inc. may use the Software, and only on equipment owned or controlled by Crafted Earth, Inc.

2. Grant of License

Crafted Earth, Inc. retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software. No license is granted to any party outside Crafted Earth, Inc. This page exists solely to satisfy publication requirements imposed by third-party API providers (including Intuit, Inc.) whose services the Software consumes.

3. Restrictions

No party other than Crafted Earth, Inc. is authorized to install, copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or otherwise use the Software. The Software is not available for download.

4. Third-Party Services

The Software interacts with the QuickBooks Online API provided by Intuit, Inc. Use of the QuickBooks Online API is governed separately by Intuit’s own developer terms of service, which Crafted Earth, Inc. has accepted as the developer of the Software.

5. Disclaimer of Warranty

The Software is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Crafted Earth, Inc. makes no representation that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Crafted Earth, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the Software. Crafted Earth, Inc.’s total liability for any claim arising from the Software shall not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

7. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Exclusive venue for any dispute arising from this Agreement shall be the state or federal courts located in Marin County, California.
