ReportCraft Disconnect

How to Disconnect ReportCraft

If you need to revoke ReportCraft‘s access to a QuickBooks Online company file, follow the steps below. Disconnecting stops ReportCraft from making further API calls on behalf of the company file and invalidates any OAuth tokens it holds.

Step 1: Disconnect from QuickBooks Online

  1. Log into QuickBooks Online as an administrator of the company file.
  2. Click the gear icon in the top-right corner.
  3. Under Tools, select Apps (or go directly to Apps → My Apps from the left sidebar).
  4. Locate ReportCraft in the list of connected apps.
  5. Click the Action menu next to ReportCraft and select Disconnect.
  6. Confirm the disconnection when prompted.

Intuit will invalidate ReportCraft’s OAuth tokens on their side immediately.

Step 2: Remove local credentials

On the authorized user’s workstation, delete the local environment file that stores the OAuth refresh token. This ensures no stale credentials remain on disk.

Step 3: Confirm

After disconnecting, any attempt by ReportCraft to call the QuickBooks Online API will fail with an authentication error. No further reports can be generated until the Software is reconnected through a fresh OAuth authorization flow.
